What To Expect

Frankston Presbyterian Congregation.jpg

At Frankston Presbyterian Church you can expect a friendly welcome as you meet with us on Sundays for worship. Our services are at 10am and 6pm, and go for about an hour (the 6pm is a repeat of the 10am service). We are a community made up of people of all ages and backgrounds.

Everything we do at FPC is about helping people know and experience the life-changing good news of Jesus Christ. This is why the Bible is central to every part of our Sunday services. We sing together old and new songs that are theologically rich and easy to sing. Our pastor leads us in times of prayer, and preaches through books of the Bible in a consecutive way. Once a month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper together.

We encourage all to have a chat afterward and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee made by one of our friendly baristas.

Feel free to wear what you feel comfortable, most people wear casual dress.

Children at Frankston Presbyterian Church

For the Children

Children are most welcome in our services. We provide facilities for parents of young children. If your child needs a break during the service, the hall is fitted out so you can still participate in the service while in the hall with your child.

Sunday School is provided for children aged 3 years old to Grade 6, during school terms. It runs in a room in the hall during the sermon time in the 10am service. We also have additional Sunday School classes for children before the service at 9:15am.

For more information about children in church, Sunday School and our other ministries to children, see the link below.

Come along one Sunday for a visit. We’d love to meet you!

Stay back after the service and enjoy a free freshly brewed coffee.
