The Day of Trouble

Believers sometimes go through a time of distress or trouble where God seems distant and and unable to help. The writer of Psalm 77 describes in great detail his own day of trouble. But he also describes a pathway out of the day of trouble. Therefore, this Psalm teaches us how to follow Christ when his footprints cannot be seen.

Apple of Your Eye

God promises to answer the prayers of his people. This Psalm demonstrates how to pray with the confidence that God will hear and answer our prayers. It all comes down to being the 'apple of God’s eye’.
